Ingredients
  

  • Vegan turkey-style mince soy or pea protein: 250 g
  • Rolled oats finely ground: ¼ cup
  • Onion finely chopped: ¼ cup
  • Garlic minced: 1 tsp
  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Dried oregano: ½ tsp
  • Dried basil: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Add vegan mince, oats, onion, garlic, yeast, soy sauce, and spices to a bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together firmly.
  • Shape into eight equal-sized meatballs.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Cook meatballs, turning gently, for 12–15 minutes until evenly browned.
  • Remove from heat and rest briefly before serving.
