  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp butter or oil

Instructions
 

  • Add eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and protein powder into bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin spice and mix well.
  • Heat pan over medium heat.
  • Add butter or oil.
  • Dip bread slices into mixture evenly.
  • Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Remove and serve warm.
