Instructions
Add rolled oats, protein powder, plant milk, and banana to a blender.
Blend until smooth batter forms.
Stir in baking powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Heat coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter into small circles.
Cook pancakes 2–3 minutes per side.
Flip when bubbles form on surface.
Serve warm with toppings.
