  • 2 vegan chicken-style breasts 230g total
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • Place vegan breasts on board.
  • Pat them dry gently.
  • Add BBQ sauce to bowl.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add smoked paprika.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Stir mixture.
  • Brush breasts with sauce.
  • Heat skillet with oil.
  • Place breasts inside.
  • Sear four minutes.
  • Flip carefully.
  • Add water.
  • Cover skillet.
  • Cook ten minutes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Brush extra sauce.
  • Simmer briefly.
  • Serve hot.
