Ingredients
  

  • Sourdough starter — 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour — 2 cups
  • Plant protein powder — ¾ cup
  • Warm water — ¾ cup
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup — 1 tablespoon
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and warm water (¾ cup) to a bowl.
  • Stir in olive oil (1 tablespoon) and maple syrup (1 tablespoon).
  • Add whole wheat flour (2 cups) and protein powder (¾ cup).
  • Mix until dough forms.
  • Add salt (1 teaspoon) and knead lightly.
  • Divide dough into 6 rolls.
  • Place rolls on baking tray.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
