- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven.
Grease loaf pan.
Add oat flour.
Add protein powder.
Add baking powder.
Add baking soda.
Add salt.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add peanut butter.
Add maple syrup.
Add coconut oil.
Add vanilla.
Add almond milk.
Add vinegar.
Stir into smooth batter.
Pour batter into pan.
Smooth the top.
