Ingredients
Oat flour: 1 cup
Greek yogurt: 1 cup
Eggs: 3
Milk: 1/3 cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Butter or oil
for cooking: 1 tablespoon
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and honey, then whisk until smooth.
Mix until batter becomes thick yet pourable.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour batter into small rounds, cooking each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and set.
Flip carefully, cook through, then serve warm.
