  • Eggs: 3

  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter or oil for cooking: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and honey, then whisk until smooth.
  • Mix until batter becomes thick yet pourable.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour batter into small rounds, cooking each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and set.
  • Flip carefully, cook through, then serve warm.
