  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook plant-based fish strips for 5 minutes.
  • Season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, and lime juice.
  • Warm tortillas in a pan briefly.
  • Spread vegan mayonnaise on tortillas.
  • Add cooked strips and slaw mixture.
  • Sprinkle cilantro before serving.
