Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken-style mince soy or pea protein: 400 g
  • Rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk: ½ cup
  • Onion finely chopped: ½ cup
  • Garlic minced: 1 tsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tbsp
  • White pepper: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ¾ tsp
  • Dried parsley: 1 tsp
  • Ground flaxseed: 1 tbsp
  • Water: 3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease the loaf pan.
  • Stir flaxseed with water and rest five minutes until gelled.
  • Combine mince, oats, onion, garlic, milk, flax mixture, oil, yeast, seasoning, and soy sauce evenly.
  • Press mixture firmly into loaf pan, smoothing the surface gently.
  • Bake for 35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  • Rest five minutes, slice cleanly, and serve warm.
