Ingredients
  

  • Ground beef lean, 90%: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Bell pepper chopped: 1 large
  • Zucchini sliced: 1 medium
  • Tomato sauce: 1 cup
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Shredded mozzarella: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet, then sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook fully while breaking it apart until browned and no pink remains.
  • Stir in chopped bell pepper and sliced zucchini, then cook for five minutes until slightly tender.
  • Add tomato sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing everything evenly.
  • Simmer mixture for 10 minutes until thickened and flavors blend well.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, cover briefly until melted, then serve warm.
