Instructions
Combine plant-based turkey crumbles, mashed chickpeas, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl.
Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix until ingredients hold together.
Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties 6 minutes per side until browned.
Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and cooked patties.
Serve immediately.
