  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 whole-grain burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine plant-based turkey crumbles, mashed chickpeas, and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl.
  • Add onion, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until ingredients hold together.
  • Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties 6 minutes per side until browned.
  • Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
  • Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, and cooked patties.
  • Serve immediately.
