  • 12 oz plant-based salmon pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook plant-based salmon pieces for 5 minutes.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix vegan mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Warm tortillas briefly in a pan.
  • Spread sauce evenly across tortillas.
  • Add lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and cooked salmon.
  • Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  • Slice wraps in half and serve.
