- Tofu “Salmon” Base:
- 1 cup firm tofu sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Wrap Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla
- ¼ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
- 2 tablespoons grated carrots
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Coat tofu with soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Heat a skillet and add olive oil.
Cook tofu slices 3 minutes per side until golden.
Spread vegan mayo on the tortilla.
Add lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots.
Add cooked tofu “salmon.”
Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Roll tightly.
