Ingredients
  

  • Tofu “Salmon” Base:
  • 1 cup firm tofu sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Wrap Ingredients:
  • 1 large tortilla
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Coat tofu with soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  • Heat a skillet and add olive oil.
  • Cook tofu slices 3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Spread vegan mayo on the tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots.
  • Add cooked tofu “salmon.”
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Roll tightly.
