Ingredients
  

  • Eggs: 8
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Celery chopped: 1/2 cup
  • Red onion finely chopped: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
  • Chop eggs into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, then mix until creamy.
  • Stir in celery and red onion for crunch.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix well.
  • Serve immediately or chill for better flavor.
