Eggs: 8
Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Celery
chopped: 1/2 cup
Red onion
finely chopped: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
Boil eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes, then cool and peel.
Chop eggs into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
Add Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice, then mix until creamy.
Stir in celery and red onion for crunch.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then mix well.
