Ingredients
  

  • 2 vegan chicken-style pieces 220g total
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Place vegan chicken pieces on board.
  • Pat them dry gently.
  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Add pieces.
  • Sear three minutes.
  • Flip carefully.
  • Cook three minutes.
  • Mix coconut cream in bowl.
  • Add almond milk.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add onion powder.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add nutritional yeast.
  • Stir mixture.
  • Mix cornflour with water.
  • Add slurry to sauce.
  • Pour sauce into skillet.
  • Simmer eight minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and serve.
