A rich, silky, high-protein vegan creamy “chicken-style” dish made with a smooth dairy-free sauce for a cozy and satisfying meal.

- 2 vegan chicken-style pieces 220g total
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
Place vegan chicken pieces on board.
Pat them dry gently.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add pieces.
Sear three minutes.
Flip carefully.
Cook three minutes.
Mix coconut cream in bowl.
Add almond milk.
Add garlic powder.
Add onion powder.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Add nutritional yeast.
Stir mixture.
Mix cornflour with water.
Add slurry to sauce.
Pour sauce into skillet.
Simmer eight minutes.
Add lemon juice and serve.
