- Eggs: 3
- Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder unsweetened: 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Honey or maple syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips optional: 1/4 cup
- Butter or oil for cooking: 1 tablespoon
In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and honey, then whisk until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips if using, keeping batter slightly thick.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour batter into small rounds, cook each side for 2–3 minutes until set and slightly firm.
