Ingredients
  

  • Oat flour: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 3
  • Greek yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Honey or maple syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chocolate chips optional: 1/4 cup
  • Butter or oil for cooking: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and honey, then whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using, keeping batter slightly thick.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  • Pour batter into small rounds, cook each side for 2–3 minutes until set and slightly firm.
  • Flip carefully, cook through, then serve warm.
