  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet.
  • Add oil.
  • Add potatoes.
  • Cook four minutes.
  • Add onions.
  • Add peppers.
  • Sauté two minutes.
  • Add plant-based beef.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add paprika.
  • Add cumin.
  • Add salt.
  • Add pepper.
  • Stir well.
  • Cook five minutes.
  • Mix again.
  • Add parsley.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Plate nicely.
  • Serve warm.
