- 1 cup potatoes diced
- ½ cup onions chopped
- ½ cup bell peppers chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Heat skillet.
Add oil.
Add potatoes.
Cook four minutes.
Add onions.
Add peppers.
Sauté two minutes.
Add plant-based beef.
Add garlic powder.
Add paprika.
Add cumin.
Add salt.
Add pepper.
Stir well.
Cook five minutes.
Mix again.
Add parsley.
Turn off heat.
Plate nicely.
Serve warm.
