  • Sourdough starter — 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour — 1 cup
  • Plant protein powder — ½ cup
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Water — ¼ cup
  • Salt — ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic powder — ½ teaspoon
  • Dried rosemary — 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and olive oil (2 tablespoons) to a bowl.
  • Stir in water (¼ cup).
  • Add whole wheat flour (1 cup) and protein powder (½ cup).
  • Mix until dough forms.
  • Add salt (½ teaspoon), garlic powder (½ teaspoon), and rosemary (1 teaspoon).
  • Roll dough thinly onto a baking sheet.
  • Cut into cracker squares.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until crisp.
  • Cool before serving.
