Ingredients

  • ½ cup plant milk
  • ¼ cup vegan yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon almonds or granola
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia seeds, plant milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Chill 2 hours until thick.
  • Add lemon juice and stir again.
  • Layer chia pudding in a glass.

  • Add berries.
  • Add almonds or granola.
