Ingredients
  

  • Ripe bananas mashed: 2 medium
  • Plant-based protein powder vanilla or unflavored: 2 scoops (about 40 g)
  • Peanut butter unsweetened: 2 tbsp
  • Rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  • Add protein powder, peanut butter, oats, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Mix thoroughly until a thick, sticky mixture forms.
  • Scoop small portions and shape into bite-sized balls.
  • Place bites on a lined tray and chill 20 minutes before serving.
