Protein Tofu Wrap Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g firm tofu
- 2 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup lettuce
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cucumber sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp yogurt or vegan sauce
Instructions
- Cut tofu into cubes or strips.
