Peanut Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- Roasted peanuts crushed: 1½ cups
- Peanut butter unsweetened: ½ cup
- Jaggery powder or maple syrup: ½ cup
- Rolled oats: ½ cup
- Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Heat saucepan over low heat, add peanut butter, coconut oil, and jaggery.
- Stir continuously until melted and smooth without boiling.
- Remove from heat, add crushed peanuts, oats, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Press mixture firmly into tray and flatten evenly.
- Chill for 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
