Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line your baking dish with parchment.
  • Add pecans, almonds, and coconut to a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  • Toss in dates, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Blend until it forms a sticky dough.
  • Press the dough evenly into the lined baking dish.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until firm and golden around edges.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
  • Store in an airtight container or directly in your face.
