  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • Lemon slices
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Line tray with parchment.
  • Add olive oil to bowl.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add lemon zest.
  • Add garlic powder.
  • Add paprika.
  • Add pepper.
  • Add salt.
  • Add maple syrup.
  • Whisk marinade well.
  • Brush vegan salmon fillets generously.
  • Flip and brush again.
  • Place fillets on tray.
  • Add lemon slices on top.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Brush remaining marinade.
  • Bake 2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm.
