Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegan feta cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Optional: pinch black salt for “eggy” flavor

Instructions
