  • 1 cup vegan bacon bits
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix flaxseed meal with water; let sit 5 minutes.
  • Combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add vegan cheddar, bacon bits, and flax egg to dry ingredients; mix well.
  • Form mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over bombs and bake for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
