High-Protein Yogurt Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 220 g vegan chicken-style pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup unsweetened vegan yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place vegan chicken pieces on board.
- Pat them dry gently.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add pieces carefully.
- Sear three minutes.
- Flip and cook three minutes.
- Whisk vegan yogurt in bowl.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add garlic powder.
- Add onion powder.
- Add paprika.
- Add pepper.
- Add salt.
- Add nutritional yeast.
- Stir mixture smoothly.
- Mix cornflour with water.
- Add slurry to yogurt.
- Pour sauce into skillet.
- Simmer eight minutes.
- Serve warm and creamy.
