High-Protein Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
- Vegan turkey-style mince soy or pea protein: 450 g
- Rolled oats: ½ cup
- Unsweetened almond milk: ½ cup
- Onion finely diced: ½ cup
- Garlic minced: 1½ tsp
- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Smoked paprika: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- Salt: ¾ tsp
- Dried oregano: ½ tsp
- Ground flaxseed: 1 tbsp
- Water: 3 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease the loaf pan lightly with oil.
- Mix flaxseed and water, rest five minutes until thick and binding.
- Combine mince, oats, onion, garlic, milk, flax mixture, spices, and soy sauce evenly.
- Transfer mixture into loaf pan and press firmly for clean slices later.
