High-Protein Cashew Cookies Recipe

- Cashew flour finely ground: 1 cup
- Rolled oats: ½ cup
- Plant-based vanilla protein powder: ¾ cup
- Cashew butter: ⅓ cup
- Maple syrup: ¼ cup
- Almond milk unsweetened: ¼ cup
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Chopped cashews optional: 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
