Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup firm tofu thick slices (vegan chicken swap)
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup zucchini slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic paste, pepper, and salt.
  • Coat tofu slices in the marinade.
  • Heat a grill pan.
  • Grill tofu 4 minutes per side.
  • Grill bell peppers and zucchini 3 minutes.
  • Assemble everything on a plate.
  • Drizzle lemon juice.
  • Add coriander and serve your Grilled Chicken—minus chicken and minus chaos.
