Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs beef or turkey
- 1 cup pineapple chunks with juice
- ½ cup ketchup
- ½ cup rice vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
For Garnish:
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
