Cauliflower Veggie Burger Recipe
Cauliflower veggie burgers make plant-based eating fun, juicy, and surprisingly indulgent without pretending to be meat.
Grated cauliflower adds a tender, slightly nutty texture that holds together perfectly with vegan binders.
Mix in fresh herbs, garlic, and onion for a flavor punch that keeps taste buds awake at brunch.
Pan-fry or bake these golden patties for a crisp exterior while keeping the inside soft and satisfying.
Serve on whole-grain buns with leafy greens or roasted peppers, because sad burgers belong in nightmares, not kitchens.
Top with vegan mayo, spicy mustard, or avocado slices to elevate both flavor and presentation effortlessly.
