  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt coconut oil and almond butter together in a bowl.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and maple syrup (if using).
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds or ice cube tray.
  • Top with sliced almonds and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Pop them out of the molds and enjoy!
