Keto Beef Taco Cups
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream optional
- Salsa optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef with diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and a little water (as per seasoning packet instructions). Let it simmer for a few minutes.
