Let’s be real—sometimes, you want to look bougie while eating something that took less effort than contouring your cheekbones.
These vegan cucumber rolls are light, cool, and filled with creamy dairy-free goodness that says, “I’m classy, but also snacky.”
Perfect for impressing guests or just pretending you’re at a spa while wearing pajamas and yelling at your cat.
They’re bite-sized, refreshing, and—bonus—won’t leave you feeling bloated like that sad microwave meal you almost settled for.
So grab that peeler, roll with sass, and let’s cucumber like we mean it.

Vegan Cucumber Rolls with Vegan Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice cucumber lengthwise into thin ribbons using a peeler or mandoline. Try not to eat them all immediately.
- In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Taste it. Love it.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
- Roll each strip gently from one end to the other. Secure with a toothpick if you want to pretend you’re hosting a party.
- Chill for 5 minutes before serving for extra crispiness, or just devour on the spot because patience is overrated.
