  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 mini slider buns
  • Optional: shredded lettuce sliced pickles, vegan mayo

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chickpeas, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Mash chickpeas with fork until chunky but still textured.
  • Pour BBQ sauce in, stir to coat everything like a saucy queen.
  • Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick and sticky.
  • Toast slider buns if you’re feeling fancy.
  • Load each bun with chickpea mix. Add toppings if desired.
