Ingredients
Energy Ball Base

- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional Coating
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and chocolate chips until the mixture becomes thick and evenly blended.
- Chill the bowl for fifteen minutes so the mixture firms and rolls smoothly.
- Use a scoop to portion evenly, then roll gently into compact balls.
- Coat with shredded coconut if desired and place on a tray.
- Refrigerate until firm or freeze for longer storage before serving.
