- 2 pieces ripe bananas mashed, about 200 g
- 1 piece egg room temperature
- 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth, about 32 g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips about 45 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, protein powder, bananas, egg, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently so the dough stays soft and evenly combined.
