Ingredients
  

  • Pasta penne or rigatoni: 250g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 medium
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Ground beef or turkey: 400g
  • Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded: 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add ground meat, cook thoroughly until browned.
  • Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Combine pasta with sauce, transfer to a baking dish, and top with cheeses.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
