Ingredients
  

  • Pasta fettuccine: 250g
  • Salmon fillets: 400g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Heavy cream: 3/4 cup
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese grated: 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley chopped: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook salmon until flaky and fully done, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, milk, and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Flake cooked salmon into pieces, return to skillet, then add lemon juice and mix gently.
