Instructions

  • Combine sourdough starter (1 cup), warm water (¾ cup), and olive oil (1 tablespoon) in a bowl.
  • Add flour (2 cups) and salt (1 teaspoon).
  • Mix until dough forms.
  • Roll dough onto a baking tray.
  • Spread pizza sauce (¾ cup) evenly.
  • Add vegan mozzarella (1 cup).
  • Top with bell pepper (1 cup), mushrooms (1 cup), and red onion (½ cup).
  • Sprinkle oregano (1 teaspoon).
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes.
