Ingredients

- Vegan turkey-style mince soy or pea protein: 250 g
- Rolled oats finely ground: ¼ cup
- Onion finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Garlic minced: 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tsp
- Smoked paprika: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- Dried oregano: ½ tsp

- Whole wheat burger buns: 2
- Lettuce leaves: 2
- Tomato slices: 4
- Vegan mayo or mustard: 1 tbsp
Instructions
