  • Peanut butter unsweetened: 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Unsweetened almond milk: ¼ cup
  • Baking powder: ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Vegan dark chocolate chips optional: 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl.
  • Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk until smooth.
  • Combine wet mixture with dry ingredients until thick dough forms.
  • Fold chocolate chips gently if using.
  • Shape dough into two cookies and flatten slightly on tray.
