25g Protein Oat Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 1 cup
- Plant-based protein powder vanilla or unflavored: 2½ scoops (50 g)
- Peanut butter unsweetened: 2 tbsp
- Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
- Unsweetened almond milk: ¼ cup
- Baking powder: ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder: ¼ tsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Vegan dark chocolate chips optional: 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
