Ingredients
  

  • Roasted peanuts crushed: 1½ cups
  • Peanut butter unsweetened: ½ cup
  • Jaggery powder or maple syrup: ½ cup
  • Rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Heat saucepan over low heat, add peanut butter, coconut oil, and jaggery.
  • Stir continuously until melted and smooth without boiling.
  • Remove from heat, add crushed peanuts, oats, vanilla, and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  • Press mixture firmly into tray and flatten evenly.
  • Chill for 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
