Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Line tray with parchment.
- Add olive oil to bowl.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add lemon zest.
- Add garlic powder.
- Add paprika.
- Add pepper.
- Add salt.
- Add maple syrup.
- Whisk marinade well.
- Brush vegan salmon fillets generously.
- Flip and brush again.
