Protein Oat Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup plant milk
- 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder vanilla or plain
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon oil for cooking
- Optional toppings: berries banana slices, nut butter
Instructions
- Add oats, plant milk, protein powder, maple syrup, baking powder, and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush 1 teaspoon oil.
- Pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook 3 minutes until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook 2–3 minutes.
- Serve warm with fruit and nut butter.
