Protein Shrimp Taco Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup firm tofu flaked (vegan shrimp swap)
- 4 small tortillas
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add flaked tofu and cook 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Stir and cook 2 minutes until lightly golden.
- Warm tortillas.
- Spread vegan mayo on each tortilla.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Add tofu “shrimp.”
- Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
