Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup firm tofu flaked (vegan salmon swap)
  • 4 small tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayo
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add flaked tofu and cook 3 minutes.
  • Mix in soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic paste, pepper, and salt.
  • Cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Warm tortillas on the skillet.
  • Spread vegan mayo inside each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.
  • Add tofu “salmon.”
  • Drizzle lemon juice and top with sesame seeds.
