10g Protein Chia Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- Chia seeds: 2 tbsp
- Banana: 1 medium
- Unsweetened almond milk: 1 cup
- Plant-based protein powder vanilla or unflavored: 1 scoop (20 g)
- Peanut butter or almond butter: 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup: 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp
- Ice cubes: 4–5
Instructions
- Add almond milk to the blender first for smooth blending.
