Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon chili sauce optional for heat

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Press tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Coat tofu in cornstarch for that perfect crisp.

- Remove tofu and set aside.
